I had a T20 and a T23. Both with 512Mb. T20 was PC100 and T23 was PC133. 
The PC100 did not work in the T23, and the PC133 did not work in the 
T20, but apparently that might be because of chip density or something 
else. If you buy from someone like crucial who say 133 will work then 
you have a guarantee. Crucial are probably recommending 133 because it's 
cheaper or something.
