[ltp] lt_hotswap removes udev-device

I=E2=80=99m trying lt_hotswap on e T23 and it works fine, except it removes=
 the device=20
of the IDE-drive that was already inserted in the bay when booting.

The device doesn=E2=80=99t reappear until I drop out the pull lever and pus=
h it in=20
again=E2=80=94the drive needn=E2=80=99t be removed to get the device back.

A floppy drive is no problem, only IDE-drives are removed (tried DVD and Zi=
p).

Has anyone a suggestions what to try to find out more about the problem?
