[ltp] flashing 2915ABG for R40

I also have an R40, but I bought an Intel ProWireless 2200bg from an 
eBay vendor that sells "branded" Intel cards, that is, these cards work 
with specific brands of laptops.  He has cards for IBM, Toshiba, HP, ... 
and generic Intel cards for laptops that don't have the BIOS lock.

I would recommend to sell the card you have and buy one IBM branded.
