[ltp] volume buttons on tpb on t61

Hi:

It seems like tpb doesn't catch the volume up and down events
correctly on the T61 under debian etch (kernel version=2.6.21-5). If
you use the example callback script, it never prints messages for
volume up or down events, although muting and unmuting events are
caught. Since the volume up and down buttons don't seem to work with
the hardware mixer, I'd like to catch these events with tpb so I can
call amixer to adjust the software mixer volume. Anyone know how I can
fix this?
