Hi together!
If the soldering of the chip is not to spec. (cold solder joints, or a mix =
between leaded and unleaded solder, ..) the should be covered under warrant=
y. If the warranty has expired, try to find a company which makes PCB's clo=
se by, they might be able to help you, since you will need special equipmen=
t. But it's possible to do so. Just by putting pressure on the problem (chi=
p), does not help you in the long run.

cant you put some ermanent pressure onto it by putting something under the
