Did you try to diff the config between both kernels to find a possible
culprit? If the problem is easy to reproduce, and if the wakeup is a
problem, you could try the procedure described at
http://tikei.de/suspend-to-ram-debug, or just try git-bisect to find
the commit that breaks suspend for you.
