Hello Zhen,
for using network-manager, remember that this program can't handle 
static IP adresses; it is necessary to leave it up to dhcp from router.
you should also be more specific about the wpa_supplicant.conf in 
/etc/wpa_supplicant/
another suggestion: try wifi-radar instead of network manager. you can 
get rid of /etc/network/interfaces and soleily configure the wlan in 
wifi-radar.conf and wpa_supplicant.conf.
