[ltp] radeon vga out -> tv rgb scart

Hi,

I have Thinkpad R40 with ATI Radeon 7500 and tried to build
cable like this:

There's a lot of options you can build this (some other
links I found http://del.icio.us/r080t/scart) so I'm lost a
bit.

I used this schematics http://www.root.cz/data/rgb/rgbc.png as
friend of mine suggested. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to
work. I was not able to get anything from that.

Have anyone tried this? Does it work for you?
