The windows key or the menu key? The windows key is on the left side, the m=
enu=20
key is on the right side. And what do you mean "dead"? It is not supposed t=
o=20
trigger an acpi event, jJust a key event. Start xev and press the key, do y=
ou=20
get any output?
Mine gives:
windows key: keycode 115
menu key: keycode 227
fn key: keycode 227
I understand getting 227 for Fn, since it is not a "real" key, but the menu=
=20
key keycode is wrong. It should be 117. You can remap 227 via xmodmap but=
=20
that breaks the Fn key because whatever is bound to menu will be bound to F=
n=20
due to the same keycode (227).
