[ltp] T60 no bay lever acpi event?

I'm almost certain you've enabled the new generic hotswap bay support 
(forget the config symbol, it's somewhere under acpi I think) which for 
the moment interferes with ibm_acpi. Disable that symbol, recompile and 
the events will work again.
