[ltp] System sometimes doesn't wake up

I've done that now:

  cardctl eject
  /etc/rc.d/rc.pcmcia stop
  rmmod pcmcia
  rmmod yenta_socket
  rmmod rsrc_nonstatic
  rmmod pcmcia_core

But: No improvement.

What I could try next:

* Setup Windows properly so that I can use Suspend to RAM and the UMTS
  card and then play with it - perhaps it's a hardware problem.

* Use some LINUX distribution that runs off a CD-ROM (e.g. Knoppix) and
  that supports the UMTS card and Suspend to RAM and then play with it.

* Update the kernel or the entire system.

Hm, all those solutions aren't very attractive.
