[ltp] cannot post to this list anymore

Apparently there is a new spam filter which is blocking my being able to
post to this list.  But what is more annoying is the fact that my
responses to the administrative e-mails that were given in the failed
delivery notification were not responded to, meaning whoever is managing
the list and the spamfilters is not bother to test their filters nor
reading the administrative mails.
