[ltp] T60 Fan speed

I had similar issues, but the temperatures were even higher (over 100 
degrees). So i replaced CPU and now CPU has maximum temperature cca 
70degrees. GPU is still similar after MB replacement (over 100 degrees) 
under heavy load. So I gave up and wait until it burns itself :-).
