[ltp] libata PATA drivers on ThinkPad T42

FWIW I've been using libata exclusively since 2.6.19 came out and have 
been happy since the migration was very easy (just checked a bunch of 
things in menuconfig and rewrote grub.conf - your userland should need 
zero changes if you use labels) and now hotplug works very well with 
none of the hacks and maintenance hassle of lt_hotswap.

This is on a T40 with a dvdrom and a bunch of ultrabay slim hard drives.
