[ltp] T23 usb boot problem

My T23 bios setup recognizes connected USB stick, and list it as a device to 
choose from for booting. So of course setup is intended to use USB stick as 
booting device.
It is listed initially below harddisk and you can change boot priority by 
using F5/F6 keys.
I was thinking that newer bios from IBM will solve the problem, but in its 
changelog there's nothing related to USB so I didn't upgrade.

It seems that USB booting option is not stable yet as one motherboard behaves 
differently from other . . .
