Like I said, it doesn't handle them. It forwards an event notification of
fn+f4 was pressed (fn+f12 produces an event on its own, usually... but if it
doesn't, ibm-acpi can send an event notification for it as well).
So, it can't break a suspend (although it *could* cause one to never be
triggered, if the keys are never reported to the other layers).
