If somebody steal care about this problem.
1.
this post

make the trick. Disabling speedstep in BIOS and using kernel
speedstep_module make a workaround for my thinkpad t43.
2.
On more issue may help to fix thinkpad_acpi for always_on ( I hope ):
switching AC to BAT and back to AC will reset fan ( or EC ) and disable
it if sensors are cold. IMHO some watchdog-reseting of EC can be good.
3.
for t43 only!

The 0xC1 sensor is *not* southbridge. The sensor is max1989 located
under the southbridge. This is "Multichannel Remote/Local Temperature
Sensors" but used only local one.It show temperature of
southbridg+wlan+_clock_generator_ .

most of heating in this area produce clock generator (cy28441) located
left of southbridge ( if 0xC1 show 43C i will say cy28441 is about 50C )
