This does not seem to be right. The number is just missing, and all the
subsequent calculations are suspect (and 39 Watt is a ridiculously high
number, the laptop uses half of that when not suspended).

The easiest way to detect is to leave the laptop suspended overnight.
If you find it dead in the morning, you have a problem.
