Hu, wait, sorry. The patch didn't apply so I've edited the file manually
to see ('patch' said it seemed the patch was already applied), and I've
seen the KEY_UNKNOWN here:
        KEY_RESERVED,   /* 0x10: FN+END (brightness down) */

but I was looking at ibm_keycode_map[] instead of lenovo_keycode_map[].
I'll force the patch to apply (or edit by hand), rebuild and report
back.
