[ltp] Volume control on T61

Hi

my volume up/down button on my T61 is switching the mic volume and not
the speakers (pcm). does anyone know how i can get these buttons to map
to the pcm volume switch instead? interestingly the mute button DOES
mute the sound.

though this has always been the case, since last night i'm running
kernel 2.6.23.1 with thinkpad-acpi 0.18-20071013.

also, for those interested, 2.6.23.1 did not require an alsa build from
cvs on this machine - it just worked this time. still needed iwl4965
though. all good.
