No, that just configures how the modules are loaded, not when they are
loaded.

This option shouldn't be needed, radeonfb should autodetect that your

If there's no /etc/modules equivalent on Fedora, add 'modprobe radeonfb'
to rc.local or something like that. Just make sure to remove the
erroneous line from modprobe.conf.
