[ltp] X31: strange behavior of Fn+F7

It could be either.  Try loading just thinkpad-acpi, and just video.  Which
one causes the problem?

If it is thinkpad-acpi, make sure bit 7 of hotkey_mask is zero (see
documentation).  Does that fix the problem?
