Does /var/log/acpid sany anything?

I use Linux-2.6.22.6 and fglrx 8.38.6 on my T60 and I=E2=80=99m not able =
to
suspend without unloading fglrx (that means closing X session).

And even then, it does not resume 100% of the times.
