[ltp] high power drain T41 suspend ?

All,

The system is a T41.    2.6.20 kernel supports low power suspend.     
2.6.21 and 2.6.22 both consume high power on suspend.

Is low power suspend working on 2.6.22 kernels?

Please forward .config file.
