They bought the rights to the name "Mr. Coffee" from Dr. Brown, who also 
has the rights to "Mr. Toaster" and "Mr. Blender" (wait a little and 
you'll see these new products from Lenovo in coming years), but 
replicator technology they got it from Starfleet.
