I thought every 9.5mm drive will fit in there.
My UB Enhanced has a 12.7mm drive, which will not fit (according to
thinkwiki).
However
http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/How_to_build_your_own_UltraBay_drive
says, that the connector is proprietary and so no regular drive will
fit (I can confirm that for my UB Enanced). Could you have a look at
your drive and tell me, whether the connector looks like one of these:

the first is the UB Enhanced one, the second the "standard" one.
