[ltp] X60 - power consumption differences

Hi!
I just found somthing that I wanted to share...
If I boot up my X60 and toggle some settings I get power consumption
down to about 10.3W with Wifi enabled and associated.
If I hibernate (suspend to disk) and resume and toggling the same
settings the consumption is more than 3W more, i.e. 13W to 13.5W!
If I use suspend to RAM instead of suspend to disk the power consumption
stays the same.
So hibernate (aka s2disk) is somewhat broken :(
I have no idea how to debug this.
