[ltp] T41 (not T41p) capable of Xinerama or dual head?

I am doing a presentation at the end of the week and need to run the external
display at lower resolution than the 1400x1050 of the internal LCD.  Perhaps
1024x768 or maybe 1280x1024.  Ideal solution is Xinerama with different
display resolutions or maybe some other kind of dual head.  Is the T41
2379-DJU with the ATI RV 250 controller capable of such a thing?  And is there
some good references/HOWTOs, preferably for SuSE 10.3.
