[ltp] Thinkpad T60 2007-CTO bluetooth not working

I just tested again while watching the kern.log. here is the output.
while doing this in one terminal
root@joshm-laptop:~# rmmod hci_usb
root@joshm-laptop:~# rmmod thinkpad_acpi
then I start the tail
root@joshm-laptop:~# modprobe hci_usb
root@joshm-laptop:~# modprobe thinkpad_acpi debug=0xffff

Doesn't look like anything new loading the thinkpad_acpi driver. But
loading the hci_usb mentions bluetooth. Weather this means anything or
not is beyond me.
