I'm not sure whether you can get it as foreigner, but most of our
universities are state funded (no tuition, yup!) so its not that hard.
Plus you can get a decent job if you know english really well, my only
worry would be our language - czech :D Its awfully hard to learn and I
personally cant imagine learning it as foreigner ... all that quirks
and exceptions!

btw. in what field are you interested? CS&EE?
