[ltp] Recommended maximum frequency

Hi,

the sysfs file scaling_available_frequencies of my X61s shows these
values:

1601000 1600000 1200000 800000

I remember to read somewhere that newer Intel chipsets have a feature
to boost the frequency somewhat beyond the normal maximum, which
consumes more power, but also gains a few percent of performance. Could
it be that the 1601000 frequency is provided by this feature? If yes,
would it be recommended to limit the maximum to 1600000 if power saving
is desired?
