[ltp] T61: no power button key event when using evdev driver / HAL for keyboard configuration

Digging a bit deeper into the Xorg.o.log file I found out that the keyboard is 
reported twice as input device when keeping the "InputDevice" section active:
The first occurrence comes from the configured device (kbd driver) and the 
second one is that reported by HAL (evdev driver). Also the first one is not 
present when removing the "InputDevice" section from xorg.conf.
