[ltp] 4 GigaBytes in a thinkpad T61p

I always had 4G in my T61p.

I sometimes problems using PCMCIA cards which I credit to the BIOS not
handling 4 Gigs correctly.

Other than that I have no problem.

One more remark: Don't be surprised to get around 3.8 Gigs
"visible"/usable instead of straight 4.0; some address space remains
reserved for 32bit functions in BIOS and Firmware of the mainboard and
several onboard components.
