[ltp] ThinkPad button on X31 with Debian unstable

Hi all,

the ThinkPad/Access IBM button on my X31 does not generate
any key sequence, neither with

 xev

nor with

 xbindkeys --key

. According to google, this should Just Work (tm). Relevant
information:

tpb is not installed as it conflicts with hotkey-setup.
hotkey-set is version 0.1-23, kernel 2.6.26.
