Oh, it is fine.  I also have news.

Lenovo has avanced thermal profile management drivers in Windows.  I
have no idea what it does, and how it works. I just know they exist.

This is NOT true for all new ThinkPads, just for those that have event
0x6030 in the ACPI tables (grep your decompiled DSDT for 6030 :) ).
The X200s is one of the ThinkPads that has it.
