Hello, just to add one more thing.
I've added a line "options thinkpad_ec force_io=1" to the "options" file
under "/etc/modprobe.d/". but I still could not boot with any of these
modules loaded('tp_smapi', 'hdaps' & "thinkpad_ec"). "tp_smpai" & "hdaps"
have also been appended to the "/etc/modules" file.
does anyone why it doesn't load?
