The video card is an Intel 855GM integrated graphics card. I haven't
verified the behaviour under X and can't do it right now either because
I'm visually impaired and nobody is around to tell me. Besides, I really
hardly ever start my X server and don't even know what kind of tests I
am supposed to perform. From other posts in this list I gather that some
xrandr commands should be tested. What about Fn-F7?
