[ltp] Git repo for thinkpad_acpi and tp_smapi

ok, what I actually needed was a kernel git repo with the latest
thinkpad_acpi. This is a repo of just the thinkpad_acpi code.

I've started to track 2.6.24 from git, pull-ing tuxonice from git
because I needed to test it, so I wanted to additionaly just pull from
thinkpad_acpi, tp_smapi and disk-protect so that I don't have to apply
and unapply/reapply those patches all the time.
