[ltp] Fixing a flakey backlight.

Hello Alex,

I own an i240 that has exactly the same problem.
So far I haven't found a real solution, put in the process, I did
manage to kill a power conversion unit behind the panel (the item that
probabbly causes this) that feeds the backlight. So be carefull with
what you do.
