Hi,
just got this whishlist bug via the Debian BTS. There is no plain X61
in http://thinkwiki.org/wiki/Tp_smapi#HDAPS_axis_orientation, so I
guess it should be added as reported (or did Lenovo manage to break
this by making HDAPS behave different here too :/)
Regards
Evgeni

Subject: Bug#461825: dmi whitelist entry for ThinkPad X61
Package: tp-smapi-source
Version: 0.34-1
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
My ThinkPad X61 needs "modprobe hdaps invert=6", like the X61s.
hdaps.c:
HDAPS_DMI_MATCH_INVERT("LENOVO","ThinkPad X61s", HDAPS_ORIENT_SWAP |
HDAPS_ORIENT_INVERT_X),
I think this check can be made more generic (drop the trailing "s").
$ sudo dmidecode --string system-version
ThinkPad X61
