Vesa driver is worst:

I don't think that this is a common value for graphic card.
Tomorrow I will leave the laptop with the screensaver (blank mode,
standby for screen) and check the values.
Is this a reparation (change the GPU thermal paste) that IBM could you,
if it's in the warranty? (for free, I mean) (I afraid to be too much
days without the laptop...)
