[ltp] Replacement disk for a T60

I'm looking to upgrade the disk on my T60 - running out of space. Are 
there any special requirements, or will any standard 2.5" SATA drive 
work? I vaguely recall rumours about special IBM firmware...
Thinking about a Seagate Momentus 200Gb - see
