[ltp] Solving the nvidia glx problem

Hello:

It wasn't a big deal for me, just mildly frustrating that glx was not
working after I installed the proprietary nvidia drivers on my T61p.
So, with a little time on my hands, Googling led me to the fix.  The
nvidia installer will silently fail to build its glx module unless the
Xorg development files are installed.  So, in Debian, 'apt-get install
xorg-dev' and then rebuild the nvidia drivers.  Now glx works.
