In that case, you must have job offers in Poland that are extremely well paid.

I don't think that most of them leave for financial reason. There is a severe
shortage of engineers here and those with qualifications and experience get
well paid. By well paid I mean that an automotive engineer in my region can
expect an annual salary of more than 45.000,- EUR, depending on experience
and qualifications. If you are lucky to land a job with Porsche, Daimler,
Audi or BMW the salary will be considerably higher and there will be
additional bonuses, which can amount to quite a lot.
Apart from that, very few German companies are cheapskates, but I guess that's
a matter of personal opinion.

Yes, EU citizens don't need any visa. Other countries are a little more
difficult, but assuming a good qualification, the employer will get that visa
without any hassle.
