[ltp] BIOS upgrade on X61s

I kept the Windows drive that came with my x61s off to the side for
exactly these cases. I pop in the drive, boot to ThinkVantage, update
the BIOS and other bits, shut down, pop out the drive, put in the Linux
drive and away I go.
