[ltp] Brightness Buttons

i noticed that it might be a problem with newer kernels, i don't have 
anything from these buttons when the kernel states
"processing uevents"
before (bios, grub initramfs, start of boot) the buttons work just fine
(2.6.24 + some patches here)
