I recently discovered it was a problem with grounding because it almost
always happened with my shoes (leather) on. To be double sure, I always
sat down and lifted my feet off the floor before docking :)
Anyway, thanks for the news. I called yesterday and the order is on its
way. I was preparing myself for the 'who pays' argument but it never
came so they must have updated the internal notes about that particular
issue.
