[ltp] X60 overheating, temperatures at full speed

My X60 is now in for service a second time. The technicians tell med
that they can't crank the temperature up to more than 56C, which is
more or less opposite of what I experienced. Now the technician wants
more details about the software being used, and I guess I'll have to
explain that it's linux with usual desktop software. Wonder if they
are going to be understandable in that matter. Oh well, I will not
give up so easily.
