[ltp] thinkpad-acpi release 0.21-20081005 uploaded to ibm-acpi.sf.net

I've just updated to this version of thinkpad_acpi, and I must report
that the stupid behaviour when brightness acpi events were delayed after 
going to minimal brightness IS NOW GONE. 

I still get double events after going to minimal brightness though.
Here's what happens:

situatuion.
