I just got a package with a new battery under extended warranty[0].
They mailed me back on Sep 19 with a "machine generated mail", but it
got parsed by a human because the serial number of the battery
was mentioned separately. No other response but a package. And that
albeit it was not precisely the part number specified on the website
but 42T5245 (probably because it was 9-cell instead of the shipped
6-cell).
